Many of our clients require Key Word Indexing services.  This is a quick reference tool that tracks all words and numbers in your transcripts.  The index lists them alphabetically and refers to the specific pages and line numbers where they can be found.

• CONDENSED TRANSCRIPTS

We provide condensed transcripts, including indexes, for our clients via programs such as Min-U-Script. Condensed transcripts are an effective litigation support tool that enables you to efficiently search and retrieve data from these lightweight documents that save on space as well as paper.

• REAL-TIME & DAILY

These advanced skills on the part of the reporter provide state-of-the-art access for the clients.  Real-time translation instantly produces the transcript as the proceedings are in progress allowing the attorney instant access for review and/or annotation of the transcript.

Daily transcription provides overnight access to a fully prepared transcript.
